Donation of items

Items donated to NSC are used in several different ways. Many items, such as school and arts & craft supplies, are used directly in NSC programs; other items are used in NSC’s office in support of the programs; other items, such as back-to-school clothing and personal care items, are given to families in need. Monetary Donations

The use of monetary Donations often depends on how NSC received the donation. Donations identified for a specific use are used as requested, i.e. After-School and Summer Scholarships. Money donated to the general fund is used to purchase program and office supplies, pay staff, acquire and maintain equipment and pay bills.
